About the Role:
Our client is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Client Retention Specialists to join their award-winning firm. In this role, you will be essential in supporting clients and enhancing their loyalty to the firm. Your dedication and exceptional customer relations skills will help ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Actively listen to clients to achieve the best outcomes based on their needs.
- Collect feedback and reviews regarding clients' experiences with case resolution.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, including sending thank-you gifts to express appreciation for their loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retention or customer loyalty roles.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in customer service tasks.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with a talent for problem-solving and multitasking.
Location/Schedule:
- This is a 100% on-site position at our client's office in Los Angeles, CA 90010.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
