Our partner in Buffalo is growing and adding a Project Architect to their team! Our partner is seeking an experienced Project Architect who is passionate about design and wants to be part of an exciting and supportive environment.
This is a full time, onsite, direct hire position with great benefits and 401k!
Pay: $65-$95,000 depending on experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Prepare and present impactful presentations for to clients, showcasing your creativity and design skills.
- Work closely with consultants, clients, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration and relationships.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- 5 + years experience utilizing design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- 5+ years experience in creating construction documents, specifications, and administering construction phases.
Preferred Skills
- Deep knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities and leadership qualities to drive project success.
- Professional license preferred or currently working towards licensure.
