Equity Staffing has a new Office Admin opportunity with a nationally recognized Engineering & Construction Consulting company that is hiring in their STL office! Great fit for candidates with 1-2+ years of recent Admin support experience in a professional/corporate office setting.
$23 - $25/hr. based on experience
Onsite, office in Chesterfield, MO
Duties:
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the leadership of the Regional Office to ensure continuity of daily Regional Office functions and operations
- Coordinates with leadership to provide administrative services in conjunction with Global Practice and business line goals and objectives
- Coordinates office support services, facilities management in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Facilitates the dissemination of office information to the Global Practices and departments as part of the overall communications and management process
- Monitor office deadlines and benchmarks and support presentation of monthly progress reports including tracking action items and progress updates
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate on-site and off-site meetings for the office. This may include: orientation and training, stakeholder meetings, management meetings, periodic reviews, etc.
- Assemble and analyze information involving business plans, and financial reports, resulting in the final business plan submission
- Monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure the activities of the office are conducted within established budgets
- Prepare a variety of communication including emails, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing information
- Coordinate office furniture and supplies
- Maintain office equipment
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Administer office access security (badging and keys)
- Support Human Resource with new hires and terminations
- Process office accounts payable invoices
- Maintain office telephone communication system
- Coordinate company mobile phones
- Monitor fleet assignments and documentation
- Coordinate rental vehicles
- Oversee office petty cash and banking
- Coordinate building maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, preferred
- 1-2+ years of recent Administrative support experience, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills, ideally 65+ wpm
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
