Responsibilities:
As an Account Director at MDstaffers, your role is to cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, and presenting the right solutions. You will also identify new business opportunities and make proactive contact via telephone, email, social media, and text message.
- Exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics to consistently grow your new account and deal pipeline through high-volume outbound contact/follow-up, showcasing your ability to find and cultivate new business relationships
- Exceed sales production standards/quotas; work diligently to meet and surpass sales quotas and goals
- Act as an ambassador for MDstaffers to healthcare facilities, delivering high-quality, ethical consultative service
- Work collaboratively with Client Services and leadership to implement strategies and action plans that align with client and company goals
- Work closely with the Recruiting Department through the entire recruitment and placement process from beginning to end
- Conduct thorough vetting and understanding of the client's requirements to create detailed and accurate job descriptions for internal and marketing purposes and to ensure presented candidates align with communicated requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of assignment/placement-related responsibilities such as: travel/lodging, credentialing, reimbursement requests, timecards, payroll, etc.
- Utilize applicant tracking system to document all stages of the sales and recruitment process
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications (what we are looking for):

- A minimum of five years of proven success in business development and/or account management. Experience in healthcare staffing or physician recruitment is highly preferred (You can sell and have a knack for consultative selling)

- Ability to quickly establish a working knowledge of all medical specialties for physicians, advanced practitioners, and mental health providers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Must be able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision (You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need constant oversight)
- Computer and technology proficiency (You can type at least 50 WPM and can learn new technology systems quickly)

- Excellent compensation package including base salary ($52k-$65k/yr, depending on experience), uncapped commissions, and bonus opportunities. We reasonably anticipate the total compensation for this position to be $90k-$160k/yr with top performers exceeding this range.
