Detailed Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead Consultant to drive the success of Salesforce implementations and support across Salesforce Platform, Sales, Service, and CPQ. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical background and possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in gathering business requirements, designing innovative solutions, and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce, including Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Manage the Salesforce org and support team to ensure users are able to work effectively on the Salesforce Org.
- Ensure that all user issues are addressed and resolved by the support team in a timely and efficient manner.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Drive solutioning and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee and manage a team of developers to deliver successful Salesforce projects.
- Provide leadership throughout project lifecycles and ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce – Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Proven expertise in managing Salesforce orgs and support teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and optimal platform usage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirement gathering skills.
- Experience in team management and leading client engagements.
