A well-established insurance and financial planning firm is seeking a personable and organized client service associate who can interact with clients and has an eye for details. They are a boutique financial planning firm who serve high net worth individuals, business owners, and professionals. Their office places a premium on teamwork and delivery of exceptional client service. The Client Service Associate supports the Advisor in all aspects of the business. If you are analytical, a self-starter who puts a premium on accuracy, follows-up on details, you would be a fit for this role. Initiative, quality and loyalty will be rewarded.
Major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Mailings
• Client reception and service
• Managing calendars and appointments
• Tracking logs
• Licensing
• Filing
• Phone Coverage
• Prepare monthly reports for management review
• Keep client information updated accurately on our internal database
• Other general administrative duties, as assigned
Required Skills:
• Degree required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and typing
• Superior attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and “think ahead”
• Must be highly communicative, organized, friendly, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Strong ethical standards in working with confidential client information
