Brooksource is in search of a Scrum Master II - Enterprise Functions Tech Human Resources for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:
Job Description:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong communication skills - able to communicate with business partners and stakeholders.
- Able to execute strategic plans based on the technology needs.
