Our client is seeking an AVP for their Digital Marketing group in the Alpharetta, GA., area. It is a Full time position with 3 days a week onsite.
Position Overview: The AVP-Digital Marketing is responsible for devising and executing an effective digital strategy to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing (70%)
- Create and manage comprehensive digital programs that enhance the digital customer experience while aligning with brand and demand generation objectives.
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy for internet platforms and an SEO plan across all web properties.
- Establish both short- and long-term digital strategies and roadmaps to transform digital marketing and conversion capabilities.
- Lead the strategy and performance of all organic and paid demand generation activities across digital platforms.
- Drive the digital strategy within marketing and web development teams in alignment with corporate goals.
- Define and manage the marketing infrastructure and customization of the marketing automation platform, including business rules and reporting.
- Define and measure digital marketing KPIs to assess performance relative to competitors.
- Own and manage digital marketing strategies, including goals, campaigns, and budgets.
Team Management (30%)
- Define and manage team performance while ensuring accountability within the Digital Marketing Team.
- Build, lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
- Provide strategic oversight and direction for campaign development to maximize sales and lead generation.
- Share thought leadership and best practices in digital marketing.
- Participate in meetings as required and maintain positive business relations with management and staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role or related field, including management/supervisory experience.
- Proven experience with marketing automation, SEO, paid search, paid social, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
