CM Medical is excited to partner with a dynamic, seed-stage Behavioural Health start-up that's transforming patient outcomes by providing Virtual therapy for a range of different Mental Health conditions. They've already achieved product-market fit, and their revenue-generating solution is scaling rapidly.
We're looking for a Principal Founding Engineer to join their leadership team and take charge of scaling the engineering and infrastructure as the company grows. This is a critical role where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as strategic engineer leader who can build and manage the companies tech stack.
- Own the end-to-end engineering and infrastructure of the business.
- As the business grows in time you will scale the engineering team, while staying hands-on with development.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a track record of building healthcare technology solutions from 0-1
- Experience developing products for diverse stakeholders in the healthcare space.
- A passion for behavioural health and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
- A can-do attitude and a cross-functional approach that's essential in a start-up environment.
- 2+ years of experience specifically in healthcare software development.
