JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support LAN infrastructure across local campus.
Support site-specific applications.
Monitor and direct trouble support processes.
Vulnerability reporting and remediation.
Assist with Operational Technology Support.
Participate in enhancement projects across campus
Provide On-call support.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer sciences or equivalent experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience with IT troubleshooting.
Knowledge of network infrastructure.
Knowledge of Microsoft PCs & Servers.
Knowledge of support like Service Now, CyberArk, Remote Desktop, and SQL Database.
OFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Punctual and dependable.
