We have an exciting opportunity for a growing law firm in the Southeast on the search for an experienced Family Law Attorney! In this role, you will be responsible for handling spousal support, division of assets, child custody, child support, divorce, domestic violence, and other delicate family law issues.

This is an on-site role in Greenville, SC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
- Providing competent legal advice to a book of family law clients in hearings, settlement negotiations, and mediations.
- Meeting with clients, drafting documents and pleadings, research, and discovery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar (also licensed in North Carolina is preferred).
- 4+ years’ experience working in a family law firm.
- Involvement in the local community with a passion for business development.
- Adequate skill in working independently on cases while maintaining a client base.
- Empathetic interpersonal and communication skills specifically in high-stress and emotional situations.
