Responsibilities
- Serve as initial point of contact for client inquiries and requests. Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing them appropriately.
- Help manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Organize client files and assist with preparing documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts.
- Maintain client records and databases accurately and confidentially.
Qualifications
