They are looking for a Network Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the network infrastructure. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Network Engineer’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, deploy, and manage large-scale network solutions across multiple sites.
- Configure and maintain Layer 2/3 switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Implement and manage routing protocols including OSPF and BGP.
- Support and optimize Cisco routers and switches, ensuring maximum network performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and manage network solutions with VMware environments.
Network Engineer’s Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong experience in systems engineering and system design.
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure and operating systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
