The Role:
We are looking for a hybrid Senior Production Project Manager / Senior Account Manager with a strong focus on client account management and hands-on production experience. This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional client servicing skills, production expertise, and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships. The ideal candidate will not only manage project lifecycles but also make themselves invaluable to the client by leveraging their production knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Production Management: Hands-on management of all production elements—briefing internal studios, tracking project timelines, coordinating deliverables, and troubleshooting production challenges.
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end management of international digital campaigns, ensuring the smooth execution of static, rich media, and programmatic content across various platforms.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with both internal and client teams (designers, production, business affairs) to ensure smooth workflow, production timelines, and successful delivery of all creative assets.
- Client-Focused Solutions: Anticipate client needs, communicate feedback clearly to the team, and proactively present solutions to keep projects on track and aligned with client objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Ensure compliance with technical specifications for digital and video, while also utilizing digital tools (Figma, Celtra, Frame.io, Airtable) for tracking and delivery management.
- Budget and Financial Reporting: Manage project budgets, track estimates, and provide regular financial updates to the Director of Project Management, Account Director, and Head of Content Studios.
About You:
- Client-Servicing Expert: You have a proven track record in managing key client relationships and are comfortable working in client offices, ensuring client needs are met while driving project success.
- Production-Savvy: You come from a creative or production agency background and have significant experience working hands-on with production teams across digital, video, and print channels.
- Global Campaign Experience: You are used to delivering high-volume, fast-turnaround international campaigns and are experienced in managing localization projects for large brands.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You’re confident in challenging assumptions and presenting solutions that enhance client outcomes, with a strong focus on delivering value.
- Commercially Minded: You have a sharp business acumen and are constantly on the lookout for opportunities to expand project scopes, identify additional services, and grow accounts.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is as comfortable in client-facing account management as they are leading hands-on production efforts. You’ll be an integral part of ensuring the success of our Content Studio while becoming a key partner to the client.
