RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives in the vaping industry.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with potential clients in the vaping and cannabis industry.
• Analyze customer needs and propose customized solutions that meet their specific requirements, highlighting the features and benefits of our vaping products, including e-cigarettes.
• Develop and deliver high-quality technical proposals, product documentation, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our vaping solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to assist customers in evaluating and integrating our vaping products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of our vaping solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements within the vaping and cannabis industry.
• Travel to customer sites as required for on-site presentations and meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or relevant coursework completed). 2Y+ working experience in vaping/cannabis industry is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning and acquiring new skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences within the vaping and cannabis industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to address customer needs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team.
