My client represents an Adtech enterprise with over 200M in funding on a mission is to make the online advertising ecosystem stronger, safer and more secure, thereby preserving the fair value exchange between buyers and sellers of digital media. Through their data and analytics they are able to provide true visibility to their partners on there advertising campaigns, providing the opportunity to optimize and maximize their impact.
They are looking for Senior Technical Program Manager to be key coordinator across a cross-functional team leading projects and developing processes to increase team productivity and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering, product management and classification operations productivity.
- Manage technology programs by defining milestones and success criteria, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring successful on-time delivery.
- Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams.
- Communicate schedules, priorities, and status updates to all levels in the company
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in complex environments (500+ employee businesses).
- Experience working in fast paced environments.
- Strong technical understanding is preferred in order to communicate with engineering and product.
- 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
