Position Title: CEO
Reports to: Board of Directors
The CEO, in partnership with the Board, is responsible for the success of the company. The CEO will assure the accomplishment of business objectives in both the short and long term.
The Board delegates responsibility for management and day-to-day operations to the CEO, and s/he has the authority to carry out these responsibilities, in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board. The CEO is responsible for communicating and directing his/her direct management reports to drive the business to achieve the objectives and serves as the main link between the different divisions/departments.
Experience/ Education:
-Minimum 20+ years’ leadership and P&L experience in the multi-species feed and distribution industry
-Experience in strategically building profitability for a significant region or overall organization more than $100+ million
-BS degree in science, agriculture or related field; MBA preferred
