THE ROLE

The position: Develop & execute the leadership and Performance Development activities for Great Dane’s manufacturing and Service facilities. This includes projects involved with Onboarding, Technical Training, Leadership development and performance management.
YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Years of Experience: 5-7+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and training
- Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including advanced data functions in Excel.
- Knowledge and experience in use of relationship databases, including advanced query and report writing.
- Excellent analytical skills; Ability to collect and analyze data and present findings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Presentation skills
