This will be a fully hands-on Core EC Configuration role
% of Work Allocation for the Ideal Candidate.
40 - 50% BA Work ( supporting Payroll, Position Management, Employee Central Core)
30% Config & Testing
20% Admin Time
As part of the People Systems team, you would work in developing and supporting business
processes and applications to meet the needs of the Internal customers across COEs. This
position partners with Internal Stakeholders, as customers, to understand their current processes
and document system requirements. This member of the team configures systems to meet
business needs and provides functional oversight for custom software development.
We also need someone who will:
- Assist HR team members with technical issues related to the HRIS system by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues
- Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrade or fix
- Maintain and assist in enhancing the HRIS Self-Service Portal
- Assist in HRIS design, development, and training for all users Support administration of performance and goals
- Work with HR staff in the development of project plans that include analysis of cost, benefit work schedule, related risk, and return on investment
- Assist with providing project oversight from design through implementation
- Coordinate with third-party technical resources with regards to project development, implementation, and/or issues
