DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS HR MANAGEMENT ROLE
As a Director of Human Resources, your day begins by leading post-merger integration efforts, ensuring that all teams align with our client’s vision. You spend time managing and integrating benefits across the entire organization, creating a seamless experience for employees. Throughout the day, you own and report on HR key performance indicators, collaborating with leadership to align these metrics with the company’s strategic goals. Your influence helps shape a positive and productive workplace culture.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
● 15+ years of experience in an HR function
● 2+ years of experience driving organizational change
● A strong understanding of federal and state laws and payroll implementation
● A humble and intelligent approach to leadership
● Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently
SCHEDULE & LOCATION
This full-time HR management position is located in Scottsdale, AZ. Employees work Monday through Friday, with a standard schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.
