The right candidate has experience working for either a General Contractors or Large Subcontractor. This opportunity will provide great career advancement opportunities, and the ability to pursue large new construction projects all around SC & NC!
What you need:
- Construction or Engineering related degree, preferred not a must.
- Current Previous Estimating experience w. a GC or Subcontractor
- Proficient in the utilizations of construction & estimating software's

- Estimate construction costs by analyzing plans, specifications, and related documents.

- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively through construction management skills.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations while overseeing project progress.
