iSite Media's video restroom network provides brands with a platform to be recognized on the biggest stage, while helping teams monetize untapped real estate inside their properties. We currently have over 1,500 screens running in high-profile sports and concert venues around the country, including Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., Enterprise Center in St. Louis, MO, and Xcel Energy Center in Minneapolis, MN, among others.
We have an opening for a Display Network Manager, a role built around maintaining our network and maximizing our network uptime. We are looking to hire as soon as possible, as we have plans to grow the network substantially in Q4 of this year (2024).
The responsibilities for the position are wide ranging—coordinating and managing installations, scheduling and running maintenance calls, tracking and updating inventory, and general troubleshooting on devices in the field—so good organizational and communication skills are required. In addition, the position will involve assembling units and debugging issues with units or networks, so general technical aptitude as well as a good understanding of networking is needed. For installations and, occasionally, maintenance, travel will be required to coordinate with technicians on site, troubleshoot issues, and complete device and switch registrations with our portal.
Our office is located in downtown St Louis in the T-REX building at 911 Washington Ave. We have a laid back, fun office environment, and are not allowing remote work for new employees at this time.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage installations of iSite displays at new stadiums and arenas around the country
- Communicating and scheduling with venue partners and the installation groups
- Packing and coordinating component shipping
- Traveling to be on-site for initial walkthroughs and project completions
- Configuring network switches and devices at the location
Maintaining the health of the iSite screen network
- Monitoring devices via our online portal
- Scheduling maintenance visits with technicians and our venue partners
- Tracking and mailing required inventory for site visits
- Remotely managing and assisting technicians in debugging units while techs are on-site
- Communicating and debugging network or power issues with venue partners
- Occasional travel to fix more difficult issues on-site
Managing on-site screen inventory
- Tracking and updating inventory of components and screens at our office
- Completing assembly of displays and/or components for shipping
- Assisting with coordinating and receiving new unit orders from our partners in Shenzhen
Skills:
- Technical understanding of network components and computer systems
- Ability to debug hardware, power, or network issues
- High level of organizational ability for tracking inventory, scheduling, etc.
- Networking knowledge
- Good communication and client relationships
Compensation:
- $50,000-$70,000 salary range based on experience
