Marketing Coordinator needed for manufacturing company located in Westlake Village.
Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm), pay range is $28-34 hourly DOE
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives align with our brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in campaign management, content creation, and cross-functional coordination, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management & Execution:
o Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, print, and social media.
o Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives.
2. Event Coordination:
o Plan and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and company events, including vendor management, logistics, and promotional materials.
o Support the marketing team in executing webinars, workshops, and product launch events.
o Ensure seamless execution of events, including pre-event promotion, day-of support, and post-event analysis.

3. Collateral & Asset Management:
o Manage and maintain a library of marketing assets, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
o Ensure that all marketing collateral is updated regularly and adheres to brand guidelines.
o Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials for sales and customer support teams.
4. Vendor & Partner Coordination:
o Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services.
o Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for marketing projects.
o Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Experience in event planning and execution.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
