Role: Lead Python Engineer
You will focus on the development of essential software solutions that drive every aspect of our client's algorithmic trading systems. You'll leverage your Python expertise to build high-performance systems for live trading monitoring, distributed computing, and large-scale data processing. You will also mentor and inspire teams, driving innovation in algorithmic trading technologies. you will work with state-of-the-art quantitative trading technology and collaborate with world-class quantitative teams and technologists across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable distributed systems for massive compute clusters
- Develop enterprise-wide Python tooling and environments
- Design automated systems for global trading operations
- Innovate in hardware verification and data pipeline optimization

Required Qualifications:
- Computer Science or Engineering degree from top-tier university
- Expert-level Python skills, including deep ecosystem knowledge
- Proven track record in large-scale application design and deployment
- Experience optimizing code for high-frequency trading environments
- Advanced UNIX/Linux system administration skills
- Strong leadership experience in mentoring engineering teams
