IT Business Senior Analyst
Location: Tampa, FL - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
**Looking for candidates who can work independently in US without visa sponsorship now or in future.
This role involves acting as a liaison between business users and the technology team to enhance business performance. Key responsibilities include supporting system changes, consulting with business clients on functional specs, managing UAT cycles, creating user documentation, and providing SME-level support. The candidate should have 4-6 years of relevant experience, extensive user story writing, Agile/SDLC experience, SQL knowledge, and strong communication and data analysis skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure is essential.
