Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with over 5 years of in-market experience to target high net worth individuals and professional practices, such as legal and medical sectors. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with Wealth Management/Private Bankers to devise a comprehensive financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and service assigned portfolios, ensuring customer satisfaction and cross-selling other bank products.
- Keep close contact with customers to anticipate and follow up on additional financing needs.
- Monitor credit quality and report any significant changes.
- Negotiate and structure credit facilities in line with the bank’s credit policies and lending practices.
- Prepare and present credit packages for approval.
- Attend loan closings to guarantee proper execution.
- Manage customer transactions, including advances, payments, and wire transfers.
- Maintain current financial information for all clients, ensuring proper analysis and documentation.
- Develop a prospective customer list and follow up to generate new business.
- Solicit new business opportunities and meet sales goals.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in credit underwriting, basic accounting, and loan documentation.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and prospective clients.
- Effective time management and mathematical skills.
- Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong credit and administrative capabilities.

Required Experience:
- A High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of related experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with equivalent experience.
- Active community and/or industry involvement within the territory.
- A Bachelor’s Degree with over 10 years of related experience is preferred.
