The HRBP delivers a spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and programs. Reporting the Human Resources Director, the HRBP takes ownership and accountability for ensuring assigned client groups are working in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan, people strategy, and upholds and demonstrates the core values of the facility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a hospital or healthcare setting required.
- Union experience required.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
