Robert Half is looking for a Front-End Developer with expertise in Sitecore 10.4, Sitecore Experience Manager, and XM Cloud. This role involves leading the development of high-performance, accessible web platforms that align with the organization’s brand standards and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in UI/UX design, storyboarding, and prototyping, enabling them to collaborate effectively with design and development teams to build user-focused digital experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement front-end solutions using Sitecore 10.4, Experience Manager, and Sitecore Content Editor.
- Lead UI/UX design efforts, creating intuitive and visually appealing web interfaces that enhance user engagement and align with strategic objectives.
- Create storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to visually map user interactions, ensuring alignment with design and business goals. Provide iterative feedback through prototypes before full-scale development.
- Lead content editing efforts, ensuring that all text, graphic elements, pages, tables, and other components adhere to the organization’s brand guidelines.
- Provide expert support to Content Editors, addressing questions and ensuring quality, consistency, and brand integrity across all content.
- Ensure all web content is compliant with ADA and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity for all users.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to optimize user experience and deliver a seamless, engaging product.
- Incorporate Google Analytics for tracking user behavior, delivering insights that drive data-informed improvements.
- Optimize the website for SEO and user engagement, maintaining alignment with accessibility standards and user preferences.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end solutions with back-end processes, including the DevOps and cloud-based environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Sitecore 10.4, Sitecore Experience Manager, and Sitecore Content Editor.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong experience with UI/UX design, including creating storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to guide development and align with business goals.
- Familiarity with ADA compliance and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards to ensure inclusive, user-friendly designs.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics to track and optimize website performance.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and techniques to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Understanding of cloud-based systems and DevOps practices, particularly within an Azure environment.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate social justice and outreach goals into web design while maintaining consistency with organizational branding.
