A well-respected, robust growth boutique Investment Bank is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to support the Healthcare Services team’s senior professionals in industry-focused client advisory as well as originating and executing M&A transactions.
This bank has shown resilience in a down market (no layoffs), and has continued to grow through M&A activity.
*Will help with relocation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Execution of assigned investment transactions, including M&A and capital raising
*Prepare CIMs, pitch materials and board and management presentations
Experience
- 2+ years of work experience in investment banking M&A,.
- Healthcare services industry experience a plus
