Le Café Louis Vuitton will be under the leadership of General Manager Anthony Puech in collaboration with the brilliant Michelin-starred Chef Christophe Bellanca. The team will create unforgettable dining experiences with thoughtfully crafted dishes that embody the elegance and charm of Le Café Louis Vuitton.
Now seeking a charismatic and hospitality-focused Restaurant Manager to join our opening team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our team at the outset of the restaurant's journey, playing a pivotal role in its establishment and future success.
This position offers a comprehensive package including: A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 plus quarterly bonus potential up to 10%, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, paid vacation and paid sick time, and dining discounts at over 25 affiliated STARR Restaurants.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of restaurant management experience in a well-rated restaurant
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Proven leadership capabilities that have focused on training and developing staff through a "coach-player" philosophy
- The ability to drive performance and success without compromising hospitality and service standards
- Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, Excel, scheduling software, Open Table, Resy, Applicant Tracking /Onboarding systems)
