Key Responsibilities
Overview:
Support the Marquage workshop with all admin and operations’ workflows. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency in communication and workflows between the Marquage team, boutiques, and clients. The ideal candidate will fully embrace Goyard’s value of heritage, family, and excellence in all aspects on their work.
Responsibilities:
- Support Marquage department through organization and maintain structured workflows such as but not limited to assigning batches for the painters in workshop and performing quality checks
- Liaison for all boutiques between clients and workshops to report on Marquage status updates.
- Shipment Receiving
- Stock, Queue, and Order Maintenance
- Proactive communication with boutiques for status updates
- Inbound and outbound packaging
- Tracking incoming and outgoing shipments
- Create FedEx labels for incoming and outgoing client goods
- Maintain clear and up to date documentation for reference such as but not limited to entering Marquage orders into the tracker.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management when requested
- Understand and adhere to Goyard retail policy and procedures
- Fluency in brand and product knowledge
- Email Management
- Any other duties and special projects as assigned.

Recognized for excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, adept at multitasking and thriving in fast-paced environments. A committed team player with a flexible schedule and commute, skilled at developing effective partnerships within teams and organizations. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
