We are seeking an experienced and driven Print Press Manager to oversee and manage our clients printing and converting department in Methuen, MA. This role is critical in achieving safety, quality, service, and productivity goals while executing manufacturing policies and strategies that enhance the company's competitive edge and profitability.
Location: Methuen, MA
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Schedule: 6:30am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Increase labor efficiency through effective staffing, overtime management, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams to optimize workflow.
- Oversee inventory management, including raw material ordering and cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and employee development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with 3rd party program requirements such as SQF, ISO 9001, and other mandated standards.
- Implement high-performance management practices to drive success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a folding carton printing facility.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and food defense compliance standards.
