We are seeking a driven and dynamic Strategic Partnerships Lead to join our team at WARP. In this full-time role, you’ll play a pivotal part in our mission to revolutionize logistics for the largest companies in the world. Your expertise in consultative selling will enable you to understand the unique challenges faced by Fortune 500 clients and deliver tailored supply chain solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Engagement: Focus on building relationships with a select group of 30 high-impact companies. Utilize your industry knowledge to engage key stakeholders and identify their specific supply chain pain points.
- Bespoke Solution Development: At WARP, we pride ourselves on being data-oriented and creating bespoke solutions that don’t fit a one-size-fits-all mold. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage our platform and develop new, tech-powered features tailored to meet unique customer requirements.
- Pilot Program Execution: Deploy whatever strategies you need to get pilot programs off the ground with these targeted companies. You will be provided with all necessary internal resources and support to ensure your success.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and service. Regularly assess their needs and provide insights to optimize their supply chain operations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of implemented solutions, gathering feedback and data to demonstrate the impact of WARP’s services. Use this information to further enhance client relationships and drive upsell opportunities.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position WARP as a thought leader in the logistics space and continuously improve our offerings.
