- Process Control: Batch processing, SCADA, MES.
- PLC Programming: Studio5000 control systems.
- HMI Programming: FactoryTalkME and SE platforms.
- Troubleshooting: On-floor troubleshooting with maintenance technicians.
- Schematics: Ability to read and interpret.
- Vision Systems: Keyence and Cognex experience.
- Control Systems: Design experience with servos and VFDs.
- Pneumatics & Hydraulics: Experience required.
- Statistical Methods: Understanding of process capability and Design of Experiments.
- Processes: Implementation of Deviations, Engineering Change Orders.
- CAPA Execution: Proficient in CAPA processes.
- CAD Work: Proficient in major CAD modules.
- Technical Writing: Skilled in creating and revising technical documentation.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in PLC diagnostics and programming, MES experience is a plus.
