Title: Employee Relations Support Specialist
Job Type: Contract (2-3 months)
Schedule: Part-time (25+ hpours per week)
Location: Fully Remote in Portland, OR. (must be able to travel to manufacturing plants on an as needed basis)

Our client is a renowned, family-owned food company dedicated to producing high-quality, dairy-based products. With a rich history and a commitment to sustainability, they are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Support Specialist to join their dynamic HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee relations issues, such as complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support the implementation of employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of employee relations training programs.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with employees at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in an HR Employee Relations role assisting in investigations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
