Focus:
- Plan and lead marketing initiatives, including product launches and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels.
- Execute marketing plans to reach target audiences through various channels.
- Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, campaign performances and other KPIs.
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Develop marketing materials, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
Skill Set:
- Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent years of experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or related field with lighting industry experience as a plus
- Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns, to develop and execute social media engagement strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Experience in product Marketing (preferred)
- Must have strong branding experience with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for data analysis.
- Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
