WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Account Operation Specialist . As an Account Operations Specialist on the MPO Launch team, you will be the Marketplace Operational business owner focusing on end-to-end planning and strategy for delivering Launch product to our Stores. As an Omnichannel business owner, you will align with our cross-functional partners to help deliver Launch product across our North America Geo.
Top activities in this role include inventory planning and monitoring to ensure product is received into the DCs to kick-off, support and land the season. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are submitted on time, released to the Distribution Centers, shipped, and delivered on time to our stores for our Launch business.
The best candidate for this role will be a high performing business owner, develop relationships cross-functionally, good communicator, attention to detail, question the status quo with intent for process improvement, and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, ThoughtSpot & SAP S4.
Being in this position, you will gain more visibility and understanding to the overall factory to DC network, DC to Store network and increase both your supply chain and stores acumen. You will work with Transportation (first, middle and last mile), IFP, Allocation, Planning, Store Operations, Distribution Centers, and Territory Managers to bring our Launch business to life across North America.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- E2E alignment with the end goal to deliver on-time Launch moments for stores season over season.
- Track, report, and communicate deliveries to our store teams to deliver Launch product on time.
- Own and drive impactful insights including identifying continuous process improvement opportunities with focus on the future state of our business.
- Participate in discussions with business leaders across multiple functions to understand priorities and communicate regular status updates.
- Build, maintain, and elevate a decision-making model that will enable the MPO team to make better operational, tactical, and strategic decisions with regards to consumer value and profitability.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education, experience and training.
- 1-2 year’s experience with Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance or related experience.
- Curious about processes and improvements “There Is No Finish Line”.
- Business Ownership mindset with the ability to establish decisions rooted in ROI analysis.
- Supply Chain and Retail Knowledge preferred.
