We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability, Health & Safety Specialist for our client in Edison, New Jersey (full-time/on-site).
Role Overview:
Lead the implementation and enhancement of HSE processes aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards (previously OHSAS 18001 standards). Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct audits, ensure legal compliance, and drive sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and improve HSE processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration on HSE practices.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance.
- Analyze and report HSE performance data.
- Manage Environmental and OHS databases.
Desired Competencies:
- Knowledge of Environmental Sustainability and reporting frameworks.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and legal requirements.
- Experience in HSE concerns and multi-stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environment or Health & Safety (Master’s preferred).
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel within North America.
