The Transaction Analyst position requires high performance in a fast-paced, open environment. The team supports tight deadlines, directly impacting profit and loss measures for the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth transition for risk-averse customers during their switch to and from other suppliers, contributing to future business opportunities.
- Gather, organize, and analyze transaction-related data using customer relationship management (CRM) and various reporting systems.
- Manage the registration of customer accounts through EDI enrollment transactions.
- Handle end-of-term requirements for customer accounts through EDI drop transactions.
- Resolve all transaction issues using tools such as SharePoint, Oracle, Excel, Access, PowerBI, Teams, and collaborate with others to push these issues to closure.
- Track issues using CRM systems and external vendor or utility systems like MarkeTrak, Adminitrak, Right Now, etc.
- Serve as a liaison with internal groups to resolve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly transaction issue reports and workflows.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for inboxes, critical outage and usage issues to support sales, revenue, billing, settlements, and forecasts.
- Set appropriate expectations for stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of work-related experience in processing Utility Market Transactions in ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, and/or ISO-NE.
