As a Logistics Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our E-commerce logistics business. Business Development:
- Prospect and identify potential customers within the Distribution, Transloading, and Fulfillment sectors using various sourcing methods.
- Actively engage with prospects through outbound sales visits, calls, and emails to understand their business needs and present our services as a valuable solution.
- Build strong relationships with customers through positive communication and a genuine passion for our services.
- Collaborate with customers to effectively address their transportation requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to securing new freight.
- Foster customer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and discounts, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits and value of our services.
- Tailor logistics solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business requirements.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Mentor and train Carrier Sales team members.

Essential Qualifications:
