The company specialises in the High-Voltage market and operates US-Wide on Substations, Switchyards and Transmission Lines.
The Relay Technician role offers hands-on field service work with relay panels and protective control systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, commission, test, and maintain protective relaying equipment, relay schemes, DFR equipment, SCADA systems, distribution automation systems, and related communication equipment.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct functional testing of substation control circuits for relay panels, transformer, and circuit breaker replacements.
- Perform end-to-end relay testing using Doble ProTesT software to validate carrier and fiber optic systems.
- Assist in creating standardized procedures for commissioning, testing, and maintaining protective relays, DFRs, RTUs, IEDs, distribution automation, and associated communication systems.
- Oversee related projects onsite, maintaining effective communication and relationships with customers and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Carry out electrical testing and maintenance tasks within the plant environment as assigned.
