Insight Global is hiring for a highly driven Remote Sales Representative to support a client based out of Corinth, MI. The ideal candidate should have an existing customer base or proven experience in generating new business within the contract manufacturing electronics industry in the Texas region. A strong technical background is not required; instead, we are seeking someone with exceptional business development and relationship-building skills, capable of driving new sales opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Hunting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify, target, and engage new customers within the contract manufacturing electronics industry, focusing on selling test fixtures and programs for in-circuit and functional testers along with his actual lines of business.
- Business Development: Drive new business opportunities by identifying high-potential clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals that grow the company’s presence in the Texas region.
- Account Management: Leverage any existing customer base and maintain key accounts while continuously seeking to develop new relationships and sales channels.
- Market Penetration: Focus on expanding the customer base by identifying new regions, industries, and sectors within Texas that have significant contract manufacturing activity.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, focusing on meeting their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy, including setting sales targets, tracking performance, and delivering reports on progress.
- Collaborative Sales: Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to share insights, refine sales strategies, and report on performance.
This position will be a direct hire. The pay for this position will vary based off years of experience.
