Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the alignment of projects to strategic goals, across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Identify, define and execute changes and strategies to optimize organizational structures and future growth
- Identify and define cost reduction opportunities (LEAN management, Resource planning etc.)
- Support / lead the corporate strategic planning process – providing thought leadership, quantitative and qualitative analysis, recommendations, and materials preparation (with the support of the members of various departments)
- Engage cross-functionally and be an analytical resource to the rest of the business
- Work with senior leaders to establish a comprehensive strategic roadmap and implement short and long-term objectives and initiatives to drive business results, and to provide fact-based thought leadership on key strategic and financial decisions
- Oversee the strategic plan and performance
- Support the company values and vision
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
· 5+ years’ experience in strategic development role required
· ERP experience required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office required
· German language fluency required
· Able to reinforce accountability and takes ownership of project success
· Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks
· Ability to work and lead with cross functional teams
· Financial background or understanding is a plus
· PSI Penta experience a plus
