Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications related to life sciences, including pharmaceuticals.
- Collaborate closely with clients, scientists, and internal teams to develop strategies for patent protection and portfolio management.
- Provide expert legal advice on intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on biologics and chemical compounds.
- Work in a remote/hybrid capacity with occasional travel to Boston for client meetings and collaboration with scientists.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in patent prosecution.
- Advanced educational background in life sciences (e.g., biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology).
- Experience working on patent applications for antibodies, proteins, and small molecules.
