TH Daniels have partnered exclusively with a market leader in Flow Control & Instrumentation Solutions, and we are excited to be leading their search for a Sales Manager - Permian Basin - Automation & Instrumentation.
This is a critical role responsible for leading End User sales & customer engagement across key target markets for the Flow Control, Valve & Instrumentation portfolio.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of products within/across the Valve, Flow Control, Automation or Instrumentation portfolio
- Experience leading sales & customer engagement with critical Customers & End Users within Energy & Industrial markets
- Experience leading & supporting channel partners & distributors within the Permian Basin market
- Own sales strategies for the assigned market verticals and responsible for driving long-term growth within the markets & key customers
- Possess strong entrepreneurial, sales & interpersonal skill-set who can engage successfully across all levels of the sales organization
- Preferably educated with Engineering degree discipline. Compensatory industry experience also accepted.
- Located in Midland/Odessa or surrounding areas.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all sales, business development & customer engagement with current & potential customers within key market verticals within the region
- Own the relationships with existing key accounts & customers within the region providing best in class customer services
- Manage relationships with key channel & distribution partners providing technical support and executing sales orders when necessary
- Own the AML/AVL approval process for critical customers focused on driving growth for the business
- Critical member of the US Sales organization providing valued input to sales & strategic direction for the business
- Reporting to Director of Sales.
