Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Full-Stack Developer to join our small but fast-paced dev team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support our business needs. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both from home and our Massachusetts office.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to ensure applications are running smoothly.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.
Qualifications:
- 3-10 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Blazer, Angular, React, or Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of web development, RESTful services, and APIs.
- Experience with cloud-based development and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
