About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to work with our development team and insurance team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple priorities and providing crucial support across all aspects of our operations.

Our growing firm is seeking a bright, motivated Operations Analyst to support our leadership team and learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at multitasking, and is eager to grow professionally in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule high-priority meetings for executives
- Assist with coordinating client interactions and broker-client relationships
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports related to brokerage activities
- Help organize and maintain confidential company and client information
- Support the planning and execution of company events and client meetings
- Assist in gathering and organizing data for market analysis and reports
- Manage communication between executives, team members, and external stakeholders
- Help with basic financial tasks such as expense reports and invoice processing
- Provide general administrative support to the insurance and technology team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Keen attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Interest in the insurance industry and financial markets

Location:
- This hybrid role is based in New York City with in-office requirements of 3-4 days per week, increasing over time as required by the role. This will be a fully in-office role by January 2025.
- The applicant is expected to maintain a designated, secure remote work environment when working from home.
- Occasional travel may be required to support executives at offsite meetings or events.

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to the base salary, Harbor offers PTO, sick time, a hybrid work environment (in-office in the NYC area 1-2 days per week), medical, dental and vision benefits for the employee, as well as access to an employee equity pool.
