Job Title: Process Analyst | Special Assets
Pay: $25.00-$27.00/hour | Based On Experience
Duration: 9-months | Potential to Extend
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
Location: Onsite - Beaverton, OR
The Process Analyst will support the strategy, development, planning, and execution of the Special Assets operational portfolio. Reporting to the Governance Operations Senior Manager, you will help activate, develop, and drive processes and governance for Event Tickets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Special Assets leadership to identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with a broad group of stakeholders.
- Drive the implementation, management, maintenance, and evolution of Special Assets COE tools, processes, policies, and governance practices.
- Assist with messaging, socializing, training, and monitoring adherence to processes and policies.
- Organize, coordinate, and oversee control and compliance deliverables and activities of a global COE team with stakeholders from various functions.
- Work closely with Sports Marketing, Brand Marketing, Admins, and the Ethics & Compliance teams throughout the year to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, process developments, and risk mitigation plans.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting or related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be comfortable with transition, change, and project management
- Must be comfortable hosting extensive training sessions on policy and tool implementation
- Must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders and management
- Must be able to manage scheduling trainings and booking rooms
- Excellent communication skills
- Fantastic organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with constant change and uncertainty
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and also a team player
- Display strong planning and coordinating skills
