Our client, a global leader in contractor management services is in the market to hire a HSEQ Specialist within their HSEQ RAVS Team, to be based out of their Dallas office. The successful individual will be required to help filter/answer questions, represent their team in meetings, and participate in various research activities.
This role requires a strong familiarity with OSHA legislation and standards, to be self-motivated, able to work as part of a team, and willing to assist with the day-to-day demands inherent to a rapidly growing organization as well as lead various projects as needed.

Responsibilities
- Participate in industry monitoring, HSE professional organizations and other opportunities to continue personal and professional growth.
- Review contractor HSEQ documentation and processes and communicate compliance/gaps regarding regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate various product development and implementation initiatives.
- Proactively analyze processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement.
- Manage H-RAVS quality processes, including quality metrics and KPIs.
- Gather and implement on feedback regarding quality concerns and improvement.
- Research and develop various resources and reference documents for clients.
- Provide mentorship and training for team members.
- Assist with New Business meetings, industry outreach events and organizations.
- Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy procedures and meeting QMS and ISMS objectives.
- Other tasks and projects as directed by management.
Qualifications
- 4+ years HSE or applicable site level practical experience.
- Previous experience Technical/Publication writing.
- Understanding of OSHA standards, EPA regulations, related state statutes/regulations or local ordinances and ISO standards.
- ASP/CSP certifications.
- Strong understanding of domestic HSE legislation and regulations.
- Field experience (corporate background not required).
- Individual contributor.
- Industry background – O/G, manufacturing, mining, etc.
- Skillful in contractor/supplier or reviewer management a plus.
- Understanding of OSHA standards, EPA regulations, related state statutes/regulations or local ordinances and ISO standards.
- Ability to interpret and effectively communicate technical documents and legislative references.
- Proven skills or education in auditing HSE systems a plus.
- Proficient skills in programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
