The Opportunity:
The store manager is a professional in the fashion/beauty industry who is responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to customers, Top Clients and VIPs, in order to guarantee store business goals. They represent the company and is a proactive sales professional who guarantees compliance with all procedures set by Headquarters and aimed at managing store staff and ensuring that the store runs efficiently.
What you’ll get to do:
VIC:
- Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury business to promote customer loyalty (especially with VIC/VIP).
- Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and maintenance of the qualitative standards required by the brand.
Operations:
- Oversee all operations, such as stock control and inventory.
- Process our customer transactions at the cash desk.
- Receive and process deliveries, including prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to clients.
- Writing daily, weekly and monthly recaps to HQ.
Sales:
- Sales driven, social, open and ambitious team player with drive and optimism.
- Create development plans for sales staff and management
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor with an emphasis on VIC/VIP relationship
- Implement action plans to achieve sales target and P&L
- Analyze the results, verifying daily, weekly, monthly activities and set up yearly assessments via KPIs
People:
- Strong clienteling skills and able to drive sales
- Commitment to taking part in an innovative project
- Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trend knowledge, a good general culture level

- Comfortable with digital clienteling applications
- Oversee the clienteling approach
- Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury business to develop client loyalty
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talents
- Event coordination is essential and able to create a local network to facilitate monthly events in the market in store.
- Consistently recruit top talents in partnership with Retail Director and HR
- Recruit, onboard and train new hires
- Conduct verbal and written corrective action processes
- Reduce overall turnover in store
- Conduct Performance evaluations
- Create succession plan after annual appraisal to ensure team development
You have...
- 5yrs as luxury store manager
- 3-5 years previous makeup and/or beauty selling experience
- Operational and sales expertise from a previous retail environment.
- Must be able to work holidays and during the holiday season have open availability.
- Excellent Excel and Word literacy, and power point knowledge a must.
- College degree preferred.
- Foreign language skills a plus.

Compensation:
As required by the California salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is up to $90,000 annually. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
